Items shipped from Hipastore.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund. (Original shipping fees are not refundable.) Question 1: Is the paper element enclosed in wire mesh, as it appears to be in the photos? Mice just chew thru the paper.

Yes. There was also an additional foam filter rapped around the body of the filter for fine dust filtration which works great.

Question 2: Will this work on D 105 ?

Yes, I have a D105 and they worked great.
