PayPal - We only accept payment through Paypal. Making a payment to Hipa Store through PayPal is easy. When making a payment you are temporarily transferred from our website to the secure PayPal website. For some pre-approved wholesale customers, we accept payment via bank transfer.

Orders from the USA will be shipped out within 48 hours and arrive at your door in 3-5 days.
Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. If you need to cancel your order or make changes, we will make every effort to comply to your request. Any orders canceled after the order has shipped, the customer is responsible for shipping charges back to our warehouse. This includes refused orders as well.
If your USPS, UPS shipment is received damaged, please sign the delivery receipt as "damaged" or email us at with damaged package picture within 7 days of delivery so we may reship your order and place a claim.
If your order arrives incomplete, please check the contents of the package thoroughly for any missing items. If you find any parts missing, please email us at within 7 days of delivery and we’ll reship you the missing parts.
Items shipped from can be returned and exchanged within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item which is in the same condition that you received, unworn or unused when making a return or exchange.
Once we've reviewed and approved your refund it can take 7 business days to get back to your PayPal account.
Most of our parts come with a 1-year warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship only. Our warranty does not cover user error, accidental damage, improper installation, and/or product abuse.
