Online Ordering: This is the fastest and most convenient option available to you. Just add items to your cart and checkout. Hipa Store offers a 10% off coupon code to all new subscribers, directly delivered into your inbox. Subscribe now and don’t miss out on your next purchase to save 10% for your entire order.

Other Ordering Option: For wholesale customers, you can email your purchase order list to service@hipastore.com. we’ll forward you to our sales manager to follow up your order.

For your protection and privacy, we've joined efforts with our website host to secure all through Hipastore.com with high encryption level. This ensures that your sensitive information is well protected at Hipa Store.
PayPal - We only accept payment through Paypal. Making a payment to Hipa Store through PayPal is easy. When making a payment you are temporarily transferred from our website to the secure PayPal website. After completing your payment you are presented with a link which will allow you to return to our website, finalize or cancel the transaction, and tracking the order updates.

For some pre-approved wholesale customers, we accept payment via bank transfer. 

Hipa Store offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders in the US except outlying territories like Alaska, Hawaii. with no minimum purchase required.
Orders from the USA will be shipped out within 48 hours and arrive at your door in 3-5 days.
Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. If you need to cancel your order or make changes, we will make every effort to comply to your request. Any orders canceled after the order has shipped, the customer is responsible for shipping charges back to our warehouse. This includes refused orders as well.
If your USPS, UPS shipment is received damaged, please sign the delivery receipt as "damaged" or email us at service@hipastore.com with damaged package picture within 7 days of delivery so we may reship your order and place a claim.
If your order arrives incomplete, please check the contents of the package thoroughly for any missing items. If you find any parts missing, please email us at service@hipastore.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll reship you the missing parts.
Items shipped from Hipastore.com can be returned and exchanged within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item which is in the same condition that you received, unworn or unused when making a return or exchange.
Once we've reviewed and approved your refund it can take 7 business days to get back to your PayPal account.
