30-Day Returns Policy
We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you need to return a product purchased online from Hipastore.com, here is what you need to know:

Items shipped from Hipastore.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund. (Original shipping fees are not refundable.) To start a return, you can contact us at service@hipastore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
