Parts Used on Generac GP5500 GP6500 13 HP Generator.
Dual fuel carburetor for gasoline generator, LPG/CNG conversion. Output: 4.5-5.5KW.Generator type: GX390 188F portable petrolPressure range LPG (liquid gas): 2.8 KPA - 3.8 KPACNG pressure range: 2.0 KPA-2.6 KPA Output pressure of the pressure regulating valve: 0.03-1.56 KPAClosing pressure of the pressure regulating valve: 3.50KPA.
Efficiency: The use of LPG/CNG/biogas in the generator ensures complete combustion, resulting in high thermal efficiency. Additionally, CNG is 1/5 the cost of gasoline per kilowatt hour, and LPG is 1/2 the cost of gasoline.
Environmentally friendly: Gas generators emit significantly lower exhaust emissions compared to fuel generators, with over 90% reduction in CO emissions and over 70% reduction in HC emissions. Gas combustion also results in reduced noise levels compared to fuel oil units. How it works:
The high-pressure combustible gas is converted to low-pressure gas and supplied smoothly.
During generator startup, negative pressure enters the pressure regulating valve through the mixer, activating the valve and allowing decompressed combustible gas to power the generator.
When the generator is turned off, the pressure control valve closes, interrupting the gas passage and shutting down the machine.
Installation of the LPG/CNG conversion kit does not affect the original power of the generator.
